目的 明确云南汉族群体中主要组织相容性复合物 类链相关基因 A(majorhistocompatibility complex class I chian- related gene,MICA )基因与系统性红斑狼疮 (systemic lupuserythematosus,SL E)的关系。方法 应用 STR扫描分型技术、聚合酶链反应 -单链构象多态性和 DNA双向序列测定 ,确定 MICA基因第 4、5外显子在云南汉族 70例 SL E患者和 15 2名正常对照中的等位基因及其分布频率。结果 共发现 MICA第 5外显子 5种等位基因和第 4外显子 10种等位基因 ,并确定了各自在病例组和对照组中的分布频率。表明 MICA第 4、5外显子各等位基因的分布频率在 SL E病例组和对照组中差异无显著性。结论 云南汉族群体中 MICA基因第 4、5外显子的各等位基因与云南汉族系统性红斑狼疮无相关性
Objective To determine the relationship between major histocompatibility complex class I chian-related gene (MICA) and systemic lupus erythematosus (SL E) in Yunnan Han population. Methods STR genotyping, polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism and DNA bi-directional sequencing were used to determine the frequency of exon 4 and exon 4 of MICA gene in 70 SL E patients and 152 healthy controls in Yunnan Han nationality Alleles and their distribution frequency. Results A total of 10 alleles of exon 5 of MICA and 10 alleles of exon 4 were found, and their distribution frequencies in case group and control group were determined. The frequencies of alleles in exon 4 and exon 4 of MICA were not significantly different between SLE and control groups. Conclusion There is no correlation between alleles of exon 4 and exon 4 of MICA gene in Yunnan Han population and systemic lupus erythematosus in Yunnan Han population
