Dickens, in the process of writing “David,” returns to consciousness through the unconscious subversive of the super-I, making it fantasticly satisfied through artistic creation. Thus releasing the psychological energy that produces anxiety, meeting the self in conformity with the principle of happiness, reconciling the three I, and eventually lifting the psychological barrier. Thus we can see that the artists did not completely rely on the goddess of the Muse Goddess of Art, but rather as a manifestation of the instinctive release of their intense inner self-redemption. This is of great significance to our understanding of literary works and analysis of personality psychology.
