目的:分析研究广西产海桐叶、花挥发油的化学成分。方法:用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油化学成分进行分析,用面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:从海桐叶挥发油中鉴定了10个化合物,占总面积的100%,主要成分为绿花白千层醇(40.09%)、十六烷(15.13%);从海桐花挥发油中鉴定了6个化合物,占总面积的100%,主要成分为绿花白千层醇(60.33%)、肉豆蔻醚(17.40%)、喇叭茶醇(5.69%)。结论:广西产海桐叶、花挥发油主要成分为绿花白千层醇。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the leaves of Jatropha curcas and Guangxi flowers. Methods: Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The chemical constituents of volatile oil were analyzed by gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. The relative percentage of each component was determined by area normalization. Results: Ten compounds were identified from the essential oil of Pittosporium leaves, accounting for 100% of the total area. The main constituents were Melaleuca alterniflora (40.09%) and Hexadecane (15.13%). Six compounds accounted for 100% of the total area. The main components were melatonin (60.33%), myristyl ether (17.40%) and honaconitol (5.69%). Conclusion: The main constituents of the volatile oil of Jatropha curcas L. produced in Guangxi are Melaleuca alterniflora.
