According to the structure of fuzzy system and constructing neural network with equivalent structure, aiming at the defect that fuzzy control is lack of online self-learning or self-adjusting ability for nonlinear systems with time-varying parameters in engineering practice, a self-learning ability of fuzzy control rules is designed Fuzzy Neural Network Controller.
