挣值管理是一种有效的项目成本和费用综合绩效管理和预测方法,其基础理论和项目应用都已经非常成熟。但是在我国工程项目管理实践中存在一些组织保障不到位、基础数据处理困难等问题,影响了挣值管理的实施效果和应用推广。通过建立组织保障、理顺信息处理流程并建立动态循环持续改进等基础工作和管理措施可以有效解决这些难点,从而保障项目挣值管理的顺利实施,改进项目绩效,持续提升企业整体项目管理水平。
Earned value management is an effective project cost and cost comprehensive performance management and forecasting methods, the basic theory and project applications have been very mature. However, there are some problems in project management in our country, such as the inadequate guarantee of organization and the difficulty of basic data processing, which affects the implementation effect and application promotion of Earned Value Management. Through the establishment of organizational support, rationalization of information processing and the establishment of a dynamic cycle of continuous improvement and other basic work and management measures can effectively solve these difficulties, so as to ensure the smooth implementation of the project earned value management, improve project performance and continuously improve the overall project management level.
