抑郁是青少人人群中常见的心理健康问题,影响抑郁的因素有多个方面,其中家庭教育中的父母教养方式和青少年个体自身具有的心理资源是影响抑郁的因素中非常重要的方面,研究通过实证方法验证了学生特质感恩在母亲心理虐待与忽视和学生抑郁之间具有中介作用,为学生抑郁情绪的干预实践提供了理论指导。
Depression is a common mental health problem among teenagers. There are many factors that affect depression. Among them, parental rearing in family education and the mental resources of adolescents themselves are very important factors that affect depression. Empirical evidence shows that students ’special qualities of gratitude have an intermediary role between mother’s psychological abuse and neglect and student’s depression, which provides theoretical guidance for students’ depression intervention.
