系膜细胞的增生及系膜基质的增多是多种肾小球肾炎的重要病理特征。在炎症修复过程中,细胞凋亡能及时有效地清除异常的系膜细胞及衰老的中性粒细胞,对于减轻肾小球损伤、维持自身细胞数恒定起着十分重要的作用,不适当的细胞凋亡将导致固有细胞的丧失及肾功能的恶化。本文对肾小球中各种细胞的凋亡对肾小球肾炎预后的影响及可能的机制作一综述。
