利用于8098单片机的HSI功能测量信号周期,硬件系统结构简单,软件编制方便,但是测量精度在要求较高时受硬件的限制,本文介绍测试系统硬件设计及用软件方法提高8098单片机测量信号周期的精度和可信度,与常见的测量方法及软件相比,优点明显,可满足相当高的测量精度要求。该系统已研制完成,其可靠性已通过生产实践证实
The HSI function is used to measure the signal period of the 8098 single-chip microcomputer. The hardware system structure is simple and the software is easy to program. However, the measurement accuracy is limited by the hardware when the requirement is high. This paper introduces the hardware design of the test system and the method of software to improve the measurement cycle of the 8098 singlechip Accuracy and reliability, compared with the common measurement methods and software, the advantages are obvious, to meet the very high measurement accuracy requirements. The system has been developed and its reliability has been confirmed through production practices
