受国家科委成果司委托,国家科委成果管理办公室于四月中旬在山东烟台市召开了“果树穴贮肥水地膜覆盖覆草增产新技术现场会”。有11个省市自治区,直辖市的40余名代表参加会议。会上山东省及各有关省市交流了该项新技术推广应用情况和1990年推广计划,并提出力争1991年达到全国推广600～1000万亩,增产12～20亿元的奋斗目标。
Commissioned by the results of the State Science and Technology Commission, the State Science and Technology Commission results management office in mid-April held in Yantai, Shandong Province, “fruit trees sink fertilizer water mulching mulching grass production of new technologies on-site meeting.” More than 40 delegates from 11 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities attended the meeting. At the meeting, Shandong Province and other relevant provinces and municipalities exchanged views on the popularization and application of the new technology and the promotion plan for 1990 and put forward the goal of reaching 600 to 10 million mu nationwide in 1991 and boosting the output by 1.2-2 billion yuan.
