’95深圳市企业文化研讨会于11月21～22日在石岩湖召开,来自我市企业界、学术界代表百余人就我市企业文化建设的现状、难点和发展对策等问题展开研讨,现将会议的主要观点综述如下。一、对近几年我市企业文化建设发展的总体评价
The ’95 Shenzhen Corporate Culture Seminar was held on November 21-22 in Shiyan Lake. More than 100 people from the city’s business community and academic circles discussed the current status, difficulties, and development countermeasures of the company’s corporate culture construction. The main points of view of the meeting are summarized below. I. Overall evaluation of the development of corporate culture in our city in recent years
