目的对帕金森患者应用普拉克索治疗的效果进行探讨。方法选取我院收治的68例帕金森患者作为研究对象,随机均分为观察组和对照组,分别采用普拉克索治疗和美多巴治疗,每组34例患者,经连续3个月治疗后观察评估不同治疗方案。结果从治疗总有效率进行对比,观察组显著高于对照组,即(97.06%)>(73.53%),数据差异大且有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论临床对帕金森患者应用普拉克索治疗,疗效显著,且方案安全性高,故值得进一步推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of pramipexole treatment in patients with Parkinson’s disease. Methods Sixty-eight patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in each group were treated with pramipexole and metopar. 34 patients in each group were treated for 3 consecutive months Evaluate different treatment options. The results were compared from the total effective rate of treatment, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (97.06%)> (73.53%), the data were significant and statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical application of pramipexole in patients with Parkinson’s disease has significant curative effect and high safety. Therefore, it is worth further promotion.
