On November 26, 2016, the Provincial Bureau of Archives held a central group learning meeting to convey the spirit of the important speech made by Chen Ziju, deputy director general of the CPC Central Committee General Office, and director of the National Archives Bureau, Li Minghua, at the meeting of curators of the National Bureau of Archives. The meeting was hosted by Meng Fanhua, deputy director of the Provincial Archives Bureau. Leaders of the bureau and leading cadres above middle-level attended the conference.
