一、为什么说工会组织有用在劳动关系构建中,工会扮演着“有用”的角色,发挥着“管用”的作用,维护着企业的和谐稳定。(一)“有用”是工会产生的基础自劳动关系双方出现以来,企业谋求利益最大化,职工追求福利最大化,双方始终充斥着诉求差异。正因为如此,工会作为劳动关系的产物,自诞生之日起就在协调劳动关系中扮演着“权益维护者、沟通协调者、纠纷调节者”的重要角色。历史的发展和现实的选择均证明职工需要工会,企业需要工会,社会也需要工会。
