从抗日战争胜利到新中国成立前,是中国红十字会历史上的“复员时期”。作者拟从三个方面初步考察复员时期中国红十字会的工作;工作重心转移,由抗战时期的战场救护转向平时的社会服务;组织调整,包括制定规章、刷新会务、健全组织;推广征募运动,努力征求会员、募集基金以壮大自身实力。中国红十字会的这些努力虽然受到了当时政治经济条件的限制,但也取得了一定的成绩。“复员时期”是中国红十字会发展史上的一个重要时期。
From the victory of the Anti-Japanese War to the founding of New China, it was the “demobilization period” in the history of the Chinese Red Cross Society. The author intends to examine the work of the Chinese Red Cross Society during the demobilization period from three aspects. The focus of work shifts from the battlefield rescue during the Anti-Japanese War period to the usual social service.
