目的:微波萃取法提取连钱草中总三萜酸成分。方法:选用正交试验法优选出微波萃取法提取连钱草中总三萜酸的最佳工艺条件,并与传统的醇提取法相比较。结果:微波萃取总三萜酸的最佳工艺为:50%的乙醇8倍量,于70℃萃取10min,其中乙醇浓度对提取结果有显著影响。且在最佳条件下微波萃取比传统的醇回流法提取效率提高了45.3%。结论:微波萃取法在提取时间、溶剂用量和得率等方面明显优于传统的醇回流法。
OBJECTIVE: To extract the total triterpene acid from the continuous extraction of ligusticum wallichii by microwave extraction. Methods: The optimal extraction conditions for total triterpene acid in Triticeae by microwave extraction were optimized by orthogonal test, and compared with the traditional alcohol extraction method. Results: The optimum conditions of microwave extraction of total triterpene acid were as follows: 8 times of 50% ethanol and 10 min extraction at 70 ℃. The ethanol concentration had a significant effect on the extraction results. Under the optimal conditions, the microwave extraction efficiency was improved by 45.3% compared with the traditional alcohol reflux method. Conclusion: The microwave extraction method is obviously superior to the traditional alcohol reflux method in terms of extraction time, solvent dosage and yield.
