在社会主义制度下,奖金是对超额劳动的报酬,是实现“各尽所能、按劳分配”原则的一种劳动报酬形式。因此,多超多奖、少超少奖、不超不奖,就应该是发放奖金的基本原则。作为对超额劳动的报酬形式,在发放时就必须克服平均主义。社会主义经济分配中的奖金制度是与资本主义经济分配中的奖金制度相对立而存在的。社会主义奖金制度是建立在生产资料公有制的基础上,体现了新型的个人消费品的分配原则。这个制度就是:奖金必须以超额劳动为依据,奖励必须实行物质利益和政治思想教育相
