采用核-壳技术制备了醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸共聚乳液。研究了丙烯酸(AA)含量、聚乙烯醇(PVA)用量,核/壳比变化对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:改变AA含量和核/壳比,能有效调整乳液的粘度;如果用丙烯酸改性PVAc乳液,不用增塑剂,也能显著地降低乳液的最低成膜温度。
The core-shell technology was used to prepare vinyl acetate-acrylic copolymer emulsion. The effects of acrylic acid (AA) content, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) content and core / shell ratio on emulsion properties were studied. The results show that changing AA content and core / shell ratio can effectively adjust the viscosity of the emulsion. If the PVAc emulsion is modified with acrylic acid, the minimum film formation temperature of the emulsion can also be remarkably reduced without using a plasticizer.
