本研究利用雷公藤醋酸乙酯(TWH)提取物在同种大鼠肾移植中的应用,观察其作为免疫抑制剂在肾移植中的抗排斥效能,并使之与常用的免疫抑制剂硫唑嘌呤比较。实验结果表明:TWH提取物及硫唑嘌呤均能明显延长大鼠肾移植物的存活时间,两组间受体存活时间无显著差异;TWH提取物对受体外周血淋巴细胞化学发光的抑制程度与硫唑嘌呤相当;对外周血T淋巴细胞的影响前者抑制CD3、CD4的增生,增加CD8数目,后者对CD3、CD4及CD8均抑制;毒副反应观察硫唑嘌呤对肝脏损害及其减少血白细胞总数的作用较TWH提取物明显;TWH提取物在治疗剂量范围内对受体肾功能无明显影响。结论是:TWH提取物在同种肾移植中的总体作用优于免疫抑制剂硫唑嘌呤。
