对近年来国外电工钢的生产技术发展做了全面总结,分别阐述了在当前要求节能、降耗、环保的背景下,世界各大钢铁企业对取向硅钢及无取向电工钢制造工艺技术研发的现状,以及在提高产品性能,降低生产成本,提高市场竞争力等方面所取得的技术创新成果。介绍了具有代表性的研发趋势,如薄板坯连铸连轧、双辊薄带铸轧等新工艺。经过不断探索完善以后,这些具有紧凑、高效优势的电工钢生产方式将会得到广泛应用。
In this paper, the author summarizes the development of production technology of foreign electrical steel in recent years, and elaborates the status quo of R & D of oriented silicon steel and non-oriented electrical steel manufacturing technology in the world’s major iron and steel enterprises under the current requirements of energy saving, consumption reduction and environmental protection , As well as technological innovation achievements in improving product performance, reducing production costs and improving market competitiveness. Introduced the representative research trends, such as thin slab continuous casting and rolling, twin roll strip casting and other new technology. After continuous exploration and improvement, these compact and highly efficient electrical steel production methods will be widely used.
