随着经济发展的网络化、全球化等趋势,组织模块化趋势愈加明显。组织在与外部动态环境互动过程中促进了其内部系统的解构与同构的实现,模块化增加了企业适应动态环境的能力和竞争实力。本文以H公司组织结构的演化为研究对象,初步讨论了环境动态性与组织模块化演化的机制,得到以下结论:(1)环境动态性会促进组织模块化的演化;(2)产品相关多元化程度会提升组织模块化的进程;(3)组织模块化包含了组织中的产品模块、职能模块与服务模块的解构与同构过程。此外,本文对组织与环境的关系及模块化的作用进行了进一步探索。
With the economic development of the network, globalization and other trends, the trend of organizational modular more obvious. Organizations promote the deconstruction and isomorphism of their internal systems in the process of interaction with the external dynamic environment. Modularity increases the ability and competitiveness of enterprises to adapt to the dynamic environment. In this paper, the evolution of H company’s organizational structure is taken as the research object, and the mechanism of environmental dynamics and organizational modular evolution is discussed preliminarily. The conclusions are as follows: (1) Environmental dynamics will promote the evolution of organizational modularity; (2) (3) Organizational modularity includes the process of deconstruction and isomorphism of product modules, functional modules and service modules in the organization. In addition, this article further explores the relationship between organization and environment and the role of modularization.
