湿法炼锌渣样中锑的测定,常用硫酸-硝酸或氢氟酸-硫酸等试剂分解试样,手续繁琐,分析时间长,有时试样分解不完全。本文改进了分解试样的方法,鉴于酸性炉渣易被酸性溶剂分解的特点,选用焦硫酸钾作为熔剂,分解试样时速度快,分解完全。焦硫酸钾为酸性溶剂,对坩埚腐蚀性小,避免引入坩埚材料而影响测定锑的准确度。经过生产验证,结果良好。
Zinc hydrometallurgical determination of antimony, commonly used sulfuric acid - nitric acid or hydrofluoric acid - sulfuric acid and other reagents decomposition samples, procedures cumbersome, long analysis time, and sometimes the sample decomposition is not complete. In this paper, the method of decomposing the sample is improved. In view of the characteristic that acidic slag is easy to be decomposed by acidic solvent, potassium pyrosulfate is selected as the flux to decompose the sample quickly and completely. Potassium pyrosulfate is an acidic solvent, the corrosiveness of the crucible is small, to avoid the introduction of crucible material and affect the accuracy of determination of antimony. After production verification, the result is good.
