重鋼大平炉的燃料消耗比較高。为了摸清其原因和找出降低燃料消耗的途徑,我們在1965年6月末在3号平炉上(炉役中期),集中測定了平炉的热損失。并根据实际标定数据編制了物料平衡、平炉实驗室的反热平衡,并进行了熔炼过程耗热量計算,平炉热效率計算等。重钢的大平炉为碱性炉頂、温吐里式炉头,炉底面积为36.5米~2,目前的装入量75吨,蓄热室格子磚体积較
Heavy steel flat furnace fuel consumption is relatively high. In order to find out the cause and to find ways to reduce fuel consumption, we concentratedly measured the heat loss of the open hearth at the open hearth furnace (mid-stage) in late June 1965. And according to the actual calibration data, the material balance and anti-heat balance of open hearth laboratory were compiled.
