所长心得——“供电所内部,各种类型的员工都有。因此,作为所长,要经常和员工谈心、交流,在平时要注意细心观察员工的工作状态,掌握每个员工的性格特点,最大限度地激发员工的潜能,凝聚正能量。形成心往一处想,劲往一处使的坚强战斗力。”供电所作为供电企业最基层的单位,涉及到电力营销、安全生产、优质服务、人员培训等多个方面的工作。尤其是直接和客户打交道,面对的是千家万户,我们的一言一行,代表着企业的形象。如何管理好一个供电所、当好一个所长,我认为应该从以下几个方面入手:处处以身作则,用行动影响员工
