随着机夹可转位刀具的大面积推广与应用,硬质合金刀片的精化是非常重要的。目前,硬质合金厂生产的硬质合金刀片,大部分未经过精化,刀片的底面不平,刃口毛刺多不锋利,有的还呈锯齿口。为此,我们研制了机夹可转位刀片底面刃磨胎具和刀片刃口刃磨胎具,效果很好。底面刃磨胎具(图1)由底座、转动部分及可更换的定位盘组成。通过更换定位盘,可刃磨四角刀片、三角刀片,内接圆为φ10~19毫米的刀片底面,刀片底面精化后稍有凹心,不超过0.01~0.03毫米。刀升反放在定位盘上,转动手柄,定位盘带动刀片转动,用金刚石砂轮端面刃磨刀片底面。
