目的明确某油漆涂料生产项目职业病危害因素,评价防护设施控制效果,为企业职业病防治工作日常管理提供依据。方法通过对各工种接触职业病危害因素的浓度检测以及职业健康体检结果分析,对项目职业卫生防护设施的合理性、有效性予以评价。结果该项目生产过程中存在的主要职业病危害因素为苯、二甲苯、甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、粉尘、噪声、高温和工频电场。分散投料工、研磨工、包装工接触的二甲苯浓度,分散投料工接触的噪声强度,不符合职业接触限值的要求。结论油漆涂料生产属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,企业应对生产车间各排风罩积极整改,提高通风量,并加强对现场人员的管理和防护设施的维修维护。
Objective To clarify the occupational hazards of a paint and paint production project, evaluate the control effects of protective facilities and provide the basis for the daily management of occupational disease prevention and control work in enterprises. Methods The occupational health protection facilities were assessed for their rationality and effectiveness by examining the concentrations of various occupational hazards exposed to occupational diseases and the results of occupational health examination. Results The main occupational hazards in the project were benzene, xylene, toluene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone, dust, noise, high temperature and power frequency electric field. Dispersed feed workers, grinding workers, packers exposure to the concentration of xylene, disperser workers contact noise intensity, does not meet the requirements of occupational exposure limits. Conclusion Production of paint and paint belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. Enterprises should actively rectify the exhaust hoods in the production workshop to improve the ventilation capacity and strengthen the management of on-site personnel and the maintenance and repair of protective facilities.
