目的将模糊数学法应用于职业病危害风险分类中,综合评价用人单位职业病防治现状。方法采用现场职业卫生调查及检验检测法对某中密度纤维板(medium density fiberboard,MDF)制造企业进行职业病危害因素识别与检测,运用模糊数学法对工作场所职业病危害暴露强度进行综合评价。结果 MDF制板企业3个主要生产单元,原料输送单元、铺装制板单元、辅助生产单元职业病危害风险水平综合评价分别为Q_1=5.96,Ⅲ级(一般);Q_2=6.29,Ⅲ级(一般);Q_3=8.50,Ⅱ级(良)。用人单位整体职业病危害风险综合评价为Q_4=6.77,Ⅲ级(一般)。结论模糊数学法可综合评估用人单位职业病危害固有风险程度、现场职业病危害因素浓(强)度和接触程度,并为用人单位综合量化职业病危害风险分类提供依据。
Objective To apply fuzzy mathematics method to risk classification of occupational diseases and comprehensively evaluate the current situation of occupational disease prevention and control in employing units. Methods The field occupational health survey and test method were used to identify and detect occupational hazards in a medium density fiberboard (MDF) manufacturing enterprise. The fuzzy mathematics was used to evaluate the exposure intensity of occupational diseases in the workplace. Results The risk assessment of occupational hazards of three major production units, raw material conveying units, paving slab units and auxiliary production units in MDF system were comprehensively evaluated as Q_1 = 5.96, Ⅲ (general), Q_2 = 6.29, Ⅲ ); Q_3 = 8.50, Ⅱ level (good). The overall risk of occupational hazards for employers comprehensive evaluation Q_4 = 6.77, Ⅲ level (general). Conclusion The fuzzy mathematics method can comprehensively evaluate the inherent risk of occupational hazards, the concentration (strong) degree and contact degree of occupational hazards in the field, and provide basis for the employer to quantify the risk classification of occupational diseases comprehensively.
