用p53、p21通过免疫组织化学技术SP法和用真彩色图像分析系统对30例粘波表皮样癌进行检测和DNA含量分析，结果表明组织分化程度愈差的p53、p21表达增强且DNA含量亦增高．提示：粘波表皮样癌的DNA含量与p53、p21表达量可能存在一致性关系．两者对判断肿瘤的恶性程度、评估预后有一定的意义．
