目的:探讨固本益肾胶囊对急性血瘀症模型大、小鼠的血液流变学指标的影响。方法:50只大鼠,随机分为正常对照组,血瘀症模型组,血府逐瘀胶囊组(1.2 g·kg-1),固本益肾胶囊高剂量组(2.25 g·kg-1)、固本益肾胶囊低剂量组(0.75 g·kg-1)。采用sc 0.1%肾上腺素,之后进行寒冷刺激造成急性血瘀症模型,分别测定各组大鼠高、中、低切变率(230,11.50s-1)下的全血黏度,血浆黏度、血清黏度、纤维蛋白原黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞压积、血小板聚集电阻值及小鼠凝血时间。结果:固本益肾胶囊2.25,0.75 g·kg-12个剂量组能明显降低高、中、低切变率下的全血黏度,降低血浆黏度及纤维蛋白原黏度,降低高、低切变率下的全血还原黏度、降低红细胞压积,减少血小板聚集电阻值,延长小鼠凝血时间(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:固本益肾胶囊可明显改善急性血瘀症模型动物的血液流变性。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Guben Yishen Capsule on hemorrheological indexes in acute and severe blood stasis model rats. Methods: Fifty rats were randomly divided into normal control group, blood stasis model group, Xuefuzhuyu capsule group (1.2 g · kg -1), Gubenyishen capsule high-dose group (2.25 g · kg -1 ), Gubenyishen Capsule low-dose group (0.75 g · kg-1). Adopting sc 0.1% epinephrine, and then cold stimulated to cause acute blood stasis model, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, serum Viscosity, fibrinogen viscosity, whole blood reducing viscosity, hematocrit, platelet aggregation resistance and clotting time in mice. Results: 2.25,0.75 g · kg-12 dose group of Gubenyishen Capsule can obviously reduce whole blood viscosity at high, medium and low shear rates, reduce plasma viscosity and fibrinogen viscosity, reduce high and low shear Rate of whole blood reduction viscosity, reduce hematocrit, reduce platelet aggregation resistance, prolong clotting time (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion: Gubenyishen Capsule can significantly improve the blood rheology of acute blood stasis model animal.
