本文对55名短跑及跳远运动员的无氧工作能力进行了测试研究。使用Monark功率自行车,按本人体重6%计负荷,完成30秒定量负荷和60秒奋力蹬车两项实验。分别在两项实验后的第3~10分钟每分钟采耳血一次,测得最大血乳酸值.发现最大血乳酸变化值(△HL_(maxmg)%)与60秒奋力蹬车完成的无氧功率(总功)之间密切相关.(r=0.74.P<0.01) 同时,本文受试者还进行了Margaria楼梯实验(包括Margaria-Kalamen法)和活动跑台实验(treadmill法),对上述三种方法进行了适用性比较.
This article tests the anaerobic work ability of 55 sprinters and long jump athletes.
