重庆长江轮船公司是西南地区最大的国有水运骨干企业,有职工18000多人。公司党委下辖13个党委、2个直属总支、163个支部、2936名党员。公司党委针对1000多名党员长年在运输船舶上工作的情况,采取灵活多样的方式和切实有效的措施,扎扎实实地抓好党员“双学”活动。 一、以“打绑”为群体,跟组学 “打绑”,就是将几条驳船捆绑在一起,执行临时性任务。驳船长年航行在长江上,上至宜宾,下至上海,党员基本上一人在一船。针对党员流动、分散的特点,公司党委采取固定党小组长而不固定小组党员的办法,由党小组长负责“打绑”党员进行“双学”。每次“打绑”都安
