[目的]建立环氧虫啉在甘蓝与土壤中的残留分析方法。[方法]样品用乙腈提取,氟罗里硅土和活性炭净化,在氨基柱上进行分离和高效液相色谱紫外检测器检测。[结果]土壤和植株中的平均回收率分别为78.39%~93.13%和77.9%~84.59%,变异系数分别为2.27%~6.59%和3.42%~5.97%,仪器最小检出量为0.2 ng,最低检测质量分数为0.01 mg/kg。[结论]该方法简单可靠,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于甘蓝和土壤中环氧虫啉的残留检测。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the residue analysis of epoxicons in cabbage and soil. [Method] The sample was extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up with Florisil and activated carbon, and separated on an amino column and detected by high performance liquid chromatography with UV detector. [Result] The average recoveries in soil and plant were 78.39% -93.13% and 77.9% -84.59%, respectively. The coefficients of variation were 2.27% -6.59% and 3.42% -5.97% respectively. The minimum detectable volume was 0.2 ng, The minimum detectable mass fraction is 0.01 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method was simple and reliable, which met the requirements of pesticide residue analysis and could be used for the determination of epoxide in cabbage and soil.
