目的 :探讨多药耐药基因产物 p170糖蛋白在人体肿瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法 :采用免疫组化 L SAB法 ,对人体 14 4例肿瘤做了 p170检测。结果 :人体多数肿瘤表达 p170 ,表达率为6 4 .5 8% (93/14 4 )。其中高表达的肿瘤有大肠癌 (4 5 /73)、乳腺癌 (17/19)、甲状腺癌 (5 /6 )、胃癌 (6 /13)、膀胱癌 (3/3)、食管癌 (3/4)、卵巢癌 (2 /2 )等。表达率与性别、年龄、淋巴结转移无明显关系。结论 :多数人体肿瘤组织内存在多药耐药基因。开展该项检测对化疗药物的选择、效果的判断及预后具有重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the expression of multidrug resistance gene product p170 glycoprotein in human tumor and its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical L SAB method was used to detect p170 in 14 4 human tumors. Results: The majority of human tumors expressed p170, the expression rate was 64.58% (93/14 4). Highly-expressed tumors included colorectal cancer (45/73), breast cancer (17/19), thyroid cancer (5/6), gastric cancer (6/13), bladder cancer (3/3), esophageal cancer / 4), ovarian cancer (2/2) and so on. There was no significant correlation between the expression rate and gender, age, lymph node metastasis. Conclusion: Most human tumor tissues have multidrug resistance genes. To carry out the test on the choice of chemotherapy drugs, the effect of judgment and prognosis of great significance.
