2008年5月,国内各大新闻媒体同时发布消息,三部委发布公告,电信业重组完成后发三张3G牌照,标志中国3G市场已完成政策和理论的准备阶段,正式进入商用时代。以3G为标志的无线信息高速公路的基础框架初步建成,接下来是如何开发、应用及管理好这个巨大的市场资源。广告商务在移动平台既是一种传播资源又是一种商务信息服务,其核心发展模式将是附载于定制的移动商务服务和内容服务之上,同时开发出适于手机的广告模式。
