B23型机保车,是我国国产最新型的冷藏运输车,由武昌车辆工厂引进德国技术生产的。车组是五辆型,由一辆发电车和四辆冷藏车组成。发电车编挂于车组中部,车内有1号、2号64km主柴油发电机组和3号20km辅柴油发电机组。发电车向冷藏车的供电、控制、测温,是通过总配电柜、电源连接器、控制连接器、制冷机组配电柜等来完成的。通常,车内1号发电机组供1、2号冷藏车用电,2号发电机组供3、4号冷藏货物车用电。当1、2号主机停机时,可用3号辅发电机供电。1、2、3号机组不能并联使用,也不能交叉使用。1、2号主机有故障时,在不超载的情况下,可以通过供电转换控制开关、使3号发电机组向全车组任一台制冷机组供电。
B23 model car, is China’s latest domestic refrigerated transporter, imported from Wuchang vehicle factory in Germany technology. The car is a five-car fleet consisting of a generator car and four refrigerated trucks. Brakes hanging in the middle of the car, the car has No. 1, No. 64 64km main diesel generating units and No. 3 20km auxiliary diesel generating sets. Generating the power supply, control and temperature measurement of the refrigerating truck is accomplished through the distribution cabinet, the power connector, the control connector and the refrigeration cabinet distribution cabinet. Usually, the No. 1 generator set in the car supplies the refrigerating trucks No. 1,2 and the No. 2 generator sets for the refrigerated cargo vehicles No. 3 and No. 4. When the 1st and 2nd mainframes stop, the auxiliary generator No. 3 can be used for power supply. 1,2,3 units can not be used in parallel, nor can they be used interchangeably. When there is a fault on the 1st and 2nd mainframes, under the condition of not overloading, the 3rd generation switch can supply power to any one of the whole refrigeration units through the power conversion control switch.
