利用~(15)N同位素自然丰度法,在连续两年不施氮肥条件下,对甘蔗及近缘属野生种(材料)的固氮效率进行对比分析,同时筛选出适宜本试验研究的参比植物。试验结果表明,河八王及其后代材料表现出明显的高固氮能力,最高固氮率达到36.13%,最低的为甘蔗栽培种ROC22,固氮率仅为5.72%。银胶菊、胜红蓟和狗尾草与河八王1-1号的δ~(15)N值之差为3.13~3.50,是分析甘蔗及近缘属野生种固氮效率较理想的参比植物。
The natural nitrogen abundance of ~ (15) N was used to compare the nitrogen fixation efficiency of sugarcane and its wild relatives (materials) under the conditions of no nitrogen application for two consecutive years. Meanwhile, the suitable reference for the study was screened plant. The experimental results showed that the material of Heba Wang and its descendants showed obvious high nitrogen fixation ability, the highest nitrogen fixation rate was 36.13%, the lowest was ROC22 sugarcane cultivar, and the nitrogen fixation rate was only 5.72%. The difference of δ ~ (15) N value of guayule, erythraea vulgaris and Stigmatroidea and 1-1 river number is 3.13 ~ 3.50, which is an ideal reference plant for analyzing the nitrogen fixation efficiency of sugarcane and its related wild species.
