目的探讨甲氰咪呱注射液联合思密达对婴幼儿秋季腹泻的治疗作用。方法对2002年9月至2005年12月在江西省瑞昌市人民医院儿科治疗的大便常规阴性的腹泻婴幼儿188例,随机分为2组,治疗组104例,对照组84例进行对比性研究。结果本研究治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为92.3%、71.4%,两组比值X2检验,P<0.02,差异有显著性。结论甲氰咪呱注射液联合思密达治疗婴幼儿秋季腹泻治疗较显著,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of cimetidine injection combined with Smecta on infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods From September 2002 to December 2005, 188 pediatric patients with routine stool negative diarrhea treated in pediatric department of Ruichang People’s Hospital of Jiangxi Province were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (104 cases) and the control group (84 cases) the study. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 92.3% and 71.4% respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the X2 test (P <0.02). Conclusion Cimetidine injection combined with Smecta treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea treatment more significant, worthy of clinical promotion.
