以LiOH为引发剂、DMF为促进剂,D4、P4、V4为单体,采用阴离子开环聚合方法,合成了特定分子结构的高分子量三元嵌段共聚硅橡胶;应用凝胶色谱法、红外光谱及核磁氢谱等方法对合成产物进行了表征;介绍了特导电纳米炭/嵌段硅橡胶感压导电复合材料的制备技术与性能。
LiMo as initiator, DMF as accelerator, D4, P4 and V4 as monomers, and the ring-opening polymerization was used to synthesize a high molecular weight ternary block copolymerized silicone rubber with specific molecular structure. Gel chromatography, Spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectroscopy were used to characterize the synthesized products. The preparation technology and performance of the special conductive nano-carbon / block silicone rubber pressure-sensitive conductive composites were introduced.
