【目的】选择新疆薰衣草主栽品种C-197优选优株,并建立快繁体系,研究新疆薰衣草种质资源提纯技术的有效途径,为提高新疆薰衣草产量及质量提供技术支撑。【方法】采用新疆薰衣草C-197优选优株作为外植体材料,进行无菌苗诱导,在培养基中加入不同激素及不同浓度的激素进行丛生苗和生根的诱导,建立其快繁体系。运用快繁体系获得大量优质新疆薰衣草C-197种苗。【结果】在选取薰衣草外植体诱导时,选用优选优株茎段或茎尖作外植体进行无菌苗诱导,诱导培养基为:MS+BA1.0 mg/L;继代培养基为:MS+BA1.0 mg/L+IBA0.3 mg/L;生根培养基为:1/2MS+NAA0.5~1.0 mg/L【结论】新疆薰衣草C-197的优选优株快繁体系的建立,提纯了薰衣草C-197的品种,可大量快繁C-197优质种苗。
【Objective】 The objective of this study was to select the best lavender cultivar C-197 in Xinjiang and establish a rapid propagation system to study the effective ways of purifying lavender germplasm resources in Xinjiang and provide technical support for improving the yield and quality of lavender in Xinjiang. 【Method】 Cultivated seedlings and rooting were induced by adding different hormones and hormones in different concentrations in larvae of Xinjiang Lavender C-197 as the explant material, and the fast propagation system was established. The use of fast propagation system to obtain a large number of high-quality Xinjiang lavender C-197 seedlings. 【Result】 When selecting the explants of lavender, the optimal shoots or shoot tips were selected as explants for inducing aseptic shoots. The induction medium was MS + BA1.0 mg / L, and the subculture medium was : MS + BA1.0 mg / L + IBA0.3 mg / L; rooting medium: 1 / 2MS + NAA0.5 ~ 1.0 mg / L 【Conclusion】 Establish, purify the varieties of lavender C-197, can be a large number of fast propagation C-197 quality seedlings.
