将人体癌细胞体外短期培养，对临床常规用抗癌药物进行敏感性测定，选择敏感药物进行个体化疗。１１例癌性胸、腹水患者用测定所得敏感抗癌药物进行二个疗程的治疗，完全缓解（ＣＲ）５例，部分缓解（ＰＲ）６例，显示体外敏感药物与体内的药物反应有较高的一致性
