薄壁件通常指厚度在1~3mm 范围内的工件。由于工件薄,精度要求高,给机械加工带来了一定困难,如果没有特殊的工艺装备来夹固是不能进行加工的。我厂在研制电子计算机的过程中,逐步积累了加工薄壁件的经验,成功地设计制造了铝合金环形槽真空吸盘。它吸力均匀,能把工件牢固吸附在基准盘的工作面上。在使用中具有灵活、方便、快速、加工精度高等优点,是加工薄壁件的一种较理想工艺装备。工作原理铝合金环形槽真空吸盘结构如图1所示。它是安装在 CM6140车床主轴上,用螺钉将基座与车床法兰
