城镇住房租金补贴模式具有准入和退出机制的灵敏性及管理操作的简便性。对于在现代市场经济条件下，减轻保障对象的住房支出负担和政府投资负担等方面具有积极意义。本文从分析租金补贴模式的内涵着手，借鉴德国在住房保障方面的积极经验，为我国进一步保障居民住房提供参考。
