淨化镍电解液中的微量金属杂质,国内外一般采用“硫化氢法”或“镍粉除铜法”。但是,第九冶炼厂和北京矿冶研完院的同志们,并没有被这个框框所束缚,他们根据所使用的原料性质,研完成功了一种多、快、好、省地淨化镍电解液中微量铜的方法——加镍精矿和硫磺粉除铜法,取得了良好的效果。现在第九冶炼厂采用新的脱铜方法已能稳定地生产零号镍,北京矿冶研完院的研完成果也已被第四有色金属公司冶炼厂的设计所采用。现分别把他们的工作成果介绍于下。——编者——
