通过实验和测试,初步研究了环氧/DMP30体系的微波固化条件,研究了微波辐照时间对微波固化体系弯曲性能和抗冲击性能的影响,并对比了微波固化体系和热固化体系的力学性能。研究结果表明随着辐照时间的延长,微波固化体系的力学性能随辐照时间的延长而提高,当微波辐照超过一定时间后,微波固化体系的力学性能趋于平缓,同热固化体系相比,微波固化体系的弯曲性能略为优越一些,抗冲击性能略低于热固化体系。
Through the experiments and tests, the microwave curing conditions of the epoxy / DMP30 system were studied preliminarily. The effects of microwave irradiation time on the flexural and impact properties of the microwave curing system were studied. The mechanical properties of the microwave curing system and the thermosetting system were compared. . The results show that with the extension of irradiation time, the mechanical properties of microwave curing system increases with irradiation time. When microwave irradiation exceeds a certain time, the mechanical properties of microwave curing system tend to be gentle, Compared with the microwave curing system, the bending performance is slightly superior and the impact resistance is slightly lower than that of the thermosetting system.
