目的建立HPLC法同时测定心可舒丸中丹参素、原儿茶醛及葛根素的方法。方法采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Agilent Exlipce XDB-C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.3%磷酸溶液(12︰88)为流动相,体积流量1 mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长269 nm。结果丹参素在0.013~0.254μg(r=0.999 4),原儿茶醛在0.021~0.414μg(r=0.999 8),葛根素在0.100~2.000μg(r=0.999 9)与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为98.18%、97.39%、98.06%(n=6),RSD分别为0.9%、1.1%、1.4%(n=6)。结论本方法分析时间短且重复性和稳定性较好,可降低工作量,减少检验成本,为更好地控制心可舒丸的质量提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of Danshensu, protocatechuic aldehyde and puerarin in Xinkeshu pill. Methods The HPLC method was used. The column was Agilent Exlipce XDB-C18 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-0.3% phosphoric acid solution (12︰88) as mobile phase and the volume flow rate was 1 mL / min. ℃, detection wavelength of 269 nm. Results Danshensu showed a good correlation with the peak area at 0.013-0.254 μg (r = 0.999 4), protocatechuic aldehyde at 0.021-0.414 μg (r = 0.999 8) and puerarin at 0.100-2.000 μg (r = 0.999 9) The average recovery was 98.18%, 97.39% and 98.06% respectively (n = 6). The RSDs were 0.9%, 1.1% and 1.4%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion The method has the advantages of short analysis time and good repeatability and stability, which can reduce the workload and reduce the testing cost, and provide the basis for better control of the quality of XKK.
