本文应用实验性肝坏死大白鼠研究人胎肝细胞生长刺激物质(HSS)、抗肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的作用及其机理。结果显示HSS能对抗D-氨基半乳糖、内毒素引起的肿瘤坏死因子水平升高,对抗肝糖原、血糖浓度的降低,明显提高实验性肝坏死大白鼠的存活率。实验大鼠血清中葡萄糖醛酸苷酶及肝细胞内酸性磷酸酶活性一致性低下,提示HSS可以稳定溶酶体并对抗肿瘤坏死因子对溶酶体的激活作用。
In this paper, experimental hepatic necrosis rats were used to study the effects and mechanisms of human fetal liver cell growth stimulants (HSS) and anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF). The results showed that HSS can increase the level of tumor necrosis factor caused by D-galactosamine and endotoxin, and reduce the decrease of hepatic glycogen and blood glucose levels, and significantly increase the survival rate of experimental liver necrosis rats. The consistency of glucuronidase and hepatocyte acid phosphatase activity in serum of experimental rats was low, suggesting that HSS can stabilize lysosomes and counteract the activation of lysosomes by tumor necrosis factor.
