在新的课程改革的推动下,小学课堂教学中学生之间合作学习技能不断提高,而合作学习的有效开展,需要学生本身具有这种合作学习的基本技能,这种技能是学生在有效完成课堂学习任务过程中不断培养出来的。合作学习在课堂教学过程中表现为外显的行为方法,但是它最终能内化为学生个体的内在品质。这种学生合作学习的基本技能,不是学生与生俱来技能,也不是在学习的过程中自然形成的学习技能,这种学习技能的培养,需要教师在教学中根据教学内容等现实要素,有意识、有计划地对学生加以引导、培养,久而久之,才能使学生形成一定的合作学习技能。
