本文进一步论述了铸件凝固过程的三维数值模拟的发展现状,并着重讨论了数值模拟中的关键问题──初始条件和边界条件的处理以及十余种缩孔缩松缺陷的预测判据和应用特点.最后给出了铸造工艺CAD软件的基本框架.
This paper further discusses the development of the three-dimensional numerical simulation of the solidification process of castings and focuses on the key issues in numerical simulation ─ ─ the initial conditions and the treatment of the boundary conditions as well as more than ten kinds of shrinkage shrinkage defects prediction criteria and application features . Finally, the basic framework of casting process CAD software is given.
