目的和方法:运用加速度仪在24例病人中观测了琥珀胆碱对随后使用及对作用部分恢复的维库溴铵时效的影响。结果:琥珀胆碱1mg/kg的作用完全恢复后给予维库溴铵,后者的ED50及ED95值分别比对照组(不用琥珀胆碱)减少46%(P<0.01)和39%(P<0.01),恢复指数亦轻度延长。当维库溴铵的T1恢复至25%时静注琥珀胆碱1mg/kg,结果呈现部分逆转维库溴铵阻滞的效应。结论:琥珀胆碱对随后使用的维库溴铵具有增效作用,而对作用部分恢复的维库溴铵则产生拮抗效应
PURPOSE AND METHOD: The effects of succinylcholine on the subsequent use and on the regimen of vecuronium with regained effect were observed in 24 patients using an accelerometer. RESULTS: Vecuronium bromide was given after 1 mg / kg succinylcholine was completely recovered and ED50 and ED95 values of the latter were reduced by 46% (P <0.01) and 39% (P <0.01) compared with those of the control group (without succinylcholine) P <0.01), recovery index also slightly extended. The intravenous injection of succinylcholine 1 mg / kg when vecuronium bromide recovered to 25% resulted in a partial reversal of the effect of vecuronium blockade. Conclusions: Succinylcholine has a synergistic effect on the subsequently used vecuronium, while vecuronium has a partially antagonistic effect on the partially restored action
