随着事业单位工资制度改革的不断推行,奖励性绩效工资正式纳入绩效工资的范畴。这一决策的提出不仅体现出事业单位对岗位价值的认可及对职工贡献的肯定,同时其薪资分配的科学性也大大提升了职工的工作积极性。然而,在此工资体系实施的过程中,其弊端也逐步凸显出来,严重影响到了我国事业单位工资分配的公平性。本文以广西公路事业单位为例,深入阐述了其奖励性绩效工资实施中的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了相关改进意见。
With the continuous implementation of reform of the institution’s salary system, the performance-based incentive pay has been formally included in the scope of performance pay. This decision-making not only reflects the PSU recognition of job value and affirmation of employee contribution, and the scientific distribution of their salary also greatly enhance the enthusiasm of workers. However, during the implementation of this wage system, its drawbacks have also gradually become prominent, seriously affecting the fairness of the wage distribution in public institutions in China. In this paper, Guangxi Highway Company as an example, in-depth expounded the incentive performance pay implementation of the major issues, and on this basis, put forward the relevant improvements.
