目的:利用近红外光谱结合聚类分析建立快速鉴别铁棍山药和白玉山药的方法。方法:在7575.5~4551.5cm-1波段下对样品光谱进行二阶导数+矢量归一化法处理,经计算后得到聚类分析树状图。结果:应用该方法能准确、快速的对铁棍山药和白玉山药进行分类。结论:该方法为铁棍山药的快速鉴别研究提供新的思路和方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid identification method of yam stick and yam by using near infrared spectroscopy and cluster analysis. Methods: The spectra of samples were processed by the second derivative + vector normalization in the band of 7575.5 ~ 4551.5cm-1, and the dendrogram was obtained after the calculation. Results: The method can accurately and quickly classify Yanshan Yam and Baoyu yam. Conclusion: This method provides new ideas and methods for the rapid identification of iron yam.
